What is PPRA?
Quick answer
PPRA is the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority, the body that sets the rules governing how public-sector entities in Pakistan buy goods, services, and works. Its portal publishes federal tender notices and its rules require transparent, competitive procurement; each province also has its own PPRA for provincial procurement. Understanding PPRA rules is essential for any business selling to government.
